Valentine’s Day Pink Fruit Smoothie


Children love fancy drinks on special days!  Try this healty pink fruit smoothie for your Valentine’s Day lunch.

Blend together:

Strawberries   1/2 cup

Raspberries 1/4 cup (omit if your kids are texture sensitive of the little seeds)

Banana  1 small

Yogurt  1/4 cup

Milk  2 cups (or almond milk for a protein punch!)

Protein powder -1 tablespoon (optional)

Chia seeds -1 tablespoon (optional)


Combine together in your blender until smooth.  Add more milk or water if it is too thick.

Serves 4

Pour into some tall glasses, include a straw and enjoy!
